About weekly reflection
Daily life moves quickly. Without pausing to observe, weeks can blur together. A gentle weekly reflection creates a moment of perspective, not to evaluate performance, but to understand how you have been living.
This reflection is about awareness, not improvement. You are simply noticing what happened, how you felt, and what patterns emerge over time.
Reflection Prompts
Questions to sit with
Choose one or two prompts that resonate. There is no need to answer all of them.

What felt nourishing this week?
Consider moments, conversations, activities, or rest that left you feeling rested or uplifted.

What felt heavy or draining?
Notice without blame. Understanding what depletes you is valuable information.

What did you learn about yourself?
Small insights count. Perhaps you noticed you need more quiet, or that certain times of day suit you better.
Creating your reflection space
Find a comfortable spot where you will not be interrupted. This might be the same place each week, or somewhere that feels right in the moment. Have something to write with if you wish, though reflection can also happen entirely in thought.
Allow fifteen to twenty minutes, or whatever duration feels natural. Begin with a few slow breaths, then gently turn your attention to the week that has passed.

- Arrive: Take three conscious breaths to settle
- Review: Walk through the week in your mind, day by day
- Notice: Observe feelings and patterns without trying to change them
- Close: Acknowledge your effort in showing up for this reflection
Carrying insights forward
After reflection, you may feel drawn to adjust something in the coming week. Hold this impulse lightly. Small shifts, made with awareness, often matter more than dramatic changes.
Remember that some weeks will feel balanced and others will not. Both are part of living. The value is in returning to observation, again and again, without expectation.
